1. What you are buying

A licence to use MyIPTVMax Player, a media player published by Al Sadq IT Solutions LLC. The licence is for the
software only.

It does not include any channels, films, series or IPTV subscription, and it grants no right
to any content. Without a service of your own, the app has nothing to play.

2. Your subscription is your own

You bring an IPTV service you have chosen and pay for. We are not a party to that agreement. We do
not supply, resell, host, endorse or verify any provider, and we have no relationship with yours.

So: if your line expires, is capped to one connection, drops a channel, buffers at peak time or
disappears, that is between you and your provider. We cannot fix, refund or intervene.

3. What you may not do

• Use the app to access content you have no right to access.
• Break the law of the country you are in.
• Resell, rent or sub-licence the player, unless you are an authorised reseller of ours.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the app.
• Share your account or PIN with people it was not issued to.

You are responsible for what you connect the player to, and for what you watch through it.

4. Plans and payment

• 1 Year — $10. Twelve months of the player on your account.
• Lifetime — $15. Paid once, with no expiry on the player licence.

Prices are in US dollars and may change for new purchases; a plan you have already bought is
unaffected. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product, and does not extend or renew your IPTV
subscription.

5. Refunds

If the player itself is broken and we cannot fix it, write to us within 14 days of buying and
we will refund you.

We cannot refund problems with your IPTV service — an expired line, a provider’s connection limit,
dead channels or buffering are not faults of the player. The free trial exists so you can confirm
the app works for you before paying.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service up but do not guarantee it. We may change or discontinue features, and may
suspend an account that breaches these terms or is used fraudulently.

7. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Al Sadq IT Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect
or consequential loss, or for anything reaching you through a third-party IPTV service. Our total
liability is limited to what you paid us for the player.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have
exclusive jurisdiction.
