How MyIPTVMax works
Short answers to what people ask most — starting with the one that matters before you download anything.
What exactly do I get?
A media player for your existing IPTV subscription — the app that turns your provider’s playlist into a proper TV experience: a channel guide, posters and descriptions for films and series, favourites, resume-where-you-left-off, parental control and a remote-friendly layout.
You do not get any content. No channels, no films, no trial of someone else’s service. If you don’t already have an IPTV subscription, the app has nothing to play.
So where do the channels come from?
From whichever IPTV provider you choose and pay separately. You give the app your details — either an Xtream Codes login (server address, username, password) or an M3U playlist link — and it loads your line.
We are not a content provider. We don’t sell, host, resell, bundle or recommend channels, and we have no relationship with your provider.
Do you sell IPTV subscriptions?
No, and we won’t. Please don’t ask us for channel lists or a service to watch — we sell the player and nothing else. Choosing a provider, and what you watch through them, is entirely your business and your responsibility.
Then what am I paying for?
The player itself, on your account:
- 1 Year — $10
- Lifetime — $15 (pay once, no expiry)
That is the app licence. Your IPTV subscription is separate and paid to your provider.
How do I sign in?
Whichever suits you:
- Start a 7-day free trial — try the player, no code needed.
- Enter your phone number — if your line is already linked to it, everything loads by itself.
- Enter a licence code — from a purchase or a reseller.
- Xtream / M3U — type your provider details in directly.
Typing on a TV remote is painful. Is there a shortcut?
Yes. On the TV choose Sign in from your phone and scan the QR code. You fill the form on your phone, and the TV signs itself in — no on-screen keyboard.
Which devices work?
Android phones and tablets, and Android TV / Google TV boxes — one app for all of them, from Google Play. Fire TV works too, by sideloading — see Download.
What is the PIN, and why should I change it?
It protects your account and your parental-control settings. New accounts start on 1122, which is public knowledge — so change it in Settings the first time you sign in.
The channel list loads but video won’t start
Almost always the subscription rather than the app — the list and the video are fetched differently, so the list can load from a line that can no longer stream. Check, in this order:
- Has your line expired? The most common cause by far.
- Is another device already watching? See the next answer.
- Are the details exactly right? A stray space in a copied password is enough. Sign out and re-enter them.
- Does that one channel work elsewhere? Dead channels are common on any line — try another.
If your provider confirms the line is fine and it still won’t play, contact us — that’s our problem to fix.
Can I watch on my TV and my phone at the same time?
Only if your subscription allows more than one connection — and that is set by your provider, not by us. Most lines allow exactly one.
On a one-connection line the second device is refused by the provider and simply shows a black screen. Nothing in the app can change that; ask your provider for a multi-connection line.
Also give it a moment: after you stop watching, a provider can hold the connection open for up to about a minute before the next device can start.
Video stutters or buffers
Buffering is bandwidth — either yours or your provider’s. Worth trying:
- Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi on a TV box, if you can.
- A lower-quality or non-4K version of the same channel, if your provider offers one.
- The same channel at a quiet hour — if it’s fine at 3am and hopeless at peak, that’s your provider’s capacity.
My provider is blocked by my internet company
Some ISPs block IPTV by tampering with DNS. Settings has a secure DNS option that routes name lookups over an encrypted connection, which gets past the simpler blocks. It won’t help if your provider is blocked at a deeper level.
How do I add or remove a server?
Sign in at your account with your phone number and PIN. You can keep several lines on one account and switch between them in the app.
I changed my subscription details and the app still uses the old ones
The app remembers your details from when you signed in and doesn’t re-check them. Sign out and sign back in and it will pick up the new ones.
Is Lifetime really lifetime?
Yes — one payment, no expiry date on your player licence, no renewal reminders. It’s the player for the life of the product. It does not include, extend or renew your IPTV subscription, which stays between you and your provider.
Is any of this legal?
The app is a player, like any media player on your phone. It is lawful, and it ships on Google Play.
What you connect it to is your responsibility. You are expected to use a service you are entitled to use, and to follow the law where you live. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, what any provider streams to you. See our Terms of Use.
Still stuck?
Message us and describe what you see — the device, and what happens when you press play. If your provider has told you something specific, include that too; it usually saves a round trip.
